2. Booking & Reservations
2.1 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
2.2 Payment
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Payment terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
2.3 Pricing
All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed and payment is received.
2.4 Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us via email.

Cancellation by Avira Trips
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government restrictions.
4. Travel Documents
- Valid passports and visas required for international travel
- Health certificates and vaccinations as needed by destination
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings
- You are responsible for ensuring all documents are valid and up-to-date
5. Liability
Avira Trips acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking. We are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers.
6. Changes & Modifications
Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Third-party providers may change schedules, accommodations, or itineraries without prior notice. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
7. Complaints & Disputes
Contact us immediately with any complaints during or after your trip. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Avira Trips operates.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright laws and is the property of Avira Trips. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
